The American Institute for Foreign Study (Australia) Pty Ltd opened its Australian office in 1999 and began offering its Camp America and Au Pair in America programs to young Australians. In 2005, AIFS commenced offering inbound programs and currently facilitates cultural exchange programs for more than 2,000 young people.

This summer, get paid to be a MATURE GOOFBALL! Join our team of motivated staff and enjoy the perfect balance of work and fun. Located in the Pocono Mountains of PA, we are a co-ed sleep away camp for kids ages 7 to 16. Camp Canadensis is situated on 1000 acres. There is a 75-acre private lake, 2 heated swimming pools, 3 baseball fields, 6 basketball courts, 2 hockey rinks, 2 soccer fields, 16 all-weather tennis courts, 2 covered sports pavilions, a 9000 square-foot art center, a 4800 square-foot gymnastics pavilion, a high ropes course, 40-foot climbing wall, a recreation hall, a movie theater and numerous other activity buildings and facilities.
One thing all of our staff have in common is that they all want to make an impact in the lives of children. They understand what it takes to be a role model and know that while working with kids is incredibly fun, it is also hard work and challenging. Our staff has the ability to be mature, responsible and dependable while also being fun, easy going and even a bit goofy. You will develop friendships from all over the world that will last a lifetime. Being a counselor at Canadensis is one of the most rewarding jobs you will ever have!
Staff are scheduled to have 1 period off a day, 3-4 nights off a week, and 5 days off throughout the summer. Staff may leave camp on their nights and days off.
